PAYMENT METHODS

Orders can be paid in the following ways:

1. COD

The products come to your address by courier and you pay the price at the time of receipt.

2. PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBT CARD

In order to complete your purchase by paying by credit card, go to the secure website of ALPHA BANK, where you enter your credit card details. Your credit card information is not sent back to the store. Finally, your transaction and personal information are secured by ALPHA BANK.

3. DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT

You can make a deposit in an ALPHA BANK bank account.

The amount collected in the Strata-shop account should correspond to the exact price of your order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer.

In the reason deposit / transfer fill in your order number. Once you complete the deposit / transfer you must send us the receipt of your transaction to the email address info@strata-shop.gr.

Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed.
This can take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank process.
